Shipping Policy
Shipping Coverage
We provide shipping services for Wigain products to the majority of global regions. Our authorized carriers process all orders. Shipping costs, estimated delivery timeframes, and available shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
The delivery time is contingent upon the shipping method and the destination. The majority of orders are dispatched within 7-14 business days of payment confirmation. Customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances may result in delays.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you via email upon the shipment of your order.
Customs and Duties
Customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be assessed on international orders. The consumer is accountable for these fees.
Return Policy
Direct Purchases Only
This policy is exclusive to Wigain Omnision XR Glasses and accessories that were purchased directly from Hong Kong Wigain Technology Co., Limited. Please inquire about the return policy of the authorized reseller from whom you purchased.
Eligibility for Return
Our policy is to accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. All original accessories and packaging must be included in the returned products, which must be in new, unused condition.
Return Procedure
Please provide your order details to our Customer Care team at marketing@wigain.com in order to initiate a return or exchange. Instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label will be supplied by our team.
Order Cancellation
Please get in touch with Customer Care to request a cancellation if your order has not yet been shipped. We will make every effort to rescind your order; however, we cannot guarantee that it will be successful if the order has already been shipped.
A complete refund will be issued for orders that are canceled prior to shipment. If your order is shipped prior to cancellation, you must wait until you receive it before requesting a return.
Refunds
Upon receipt and examination of the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may fluctuate contingent upon your payment provider.
Prototype Notice
The Wigain Omnision XR Glasses that are presently available for purchase on our website are prototype models. The final product that is shipped may exhibit variations in appearance, features, or specifications from the promotional images or website.
Warranty Claims
However, you may still be able to rectify or exchange your product under our One-Year Limited Warranty Policy if it is not eligible for return.
