The Wigain brand non-returnable rules are as follows:
- Customized items are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days and shipped in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Defective or damaged products covered by warranty can be refunded or exchanged by contacting Wigain customer service.
